The Snowy Mountains Horse Riders Association
Inc. was established in 1985 primarily as a lobbying group to re-introduce
horse riding into parts of Kosciuszko National Park.
Since 1987, a Mountain Bush Racing Day which
we call our "Mountain Muster" has been held annually in the
School Holidays in January.
The Snowy Mountains Horse Riders
Association have regularly donated profits to local organisations such as
S.E.S, Volunteer Fire Brigades, Pre-Schools and for Sports People to
compete at the highest level.
